Travel Plans

Arrival in Islamabad

Meet your expedition team at the airport. Transfer to hotel, briefing, and gear check in Islamabad.

Islamabad – Skardu

Fly to Skardu (if weather allows) or drive the Karakoram Highway. Overnight in hotel.

Skardu Rest & Preparation

Final shopping, permit clearance, and expedition preparation in Skardu.

Drive to Arandu (2,780m)

Scenic jeep drive through Shigar Valley to Arandu, the last village before the trek. Overnight camp.

Day:5–7: Trek Arandu to Spantik Base Camp (4,100m)

Trek through lush meadows, moraine, and glaciers to reach Spantik Base Camp. Establish camp and prepare for climb.

8-
Day:8–26: Climbing Period – Spantik Peak (7,027m)

Set up high camps: Camp I (5,100m), Camp II (6,100m), Camp III (6,900m). Practice rotations, acclimatize, and attempt summit when weather allows.

Day:27–28: Return Trek to Arandu

Descend from base camp and retrace trek back to Arandu village.

Drive Arandu to Skardu

Jeep drive back to Skardu. Overnight stay in hotel with celebration dinner.

Skardu – Islamabad & Departure

Fly or drive back to Islamabad. Expedition ends with international departure.
