Drive to the Shigar Valley, trek to Khosar Gang Base Camp (approx. 3,800m). Set up camp.
Short hikes and climbing practice to adjust to altitude. Briefing on climbing techniques and safety.
Establish high camp, acclimatize further, and attempt summit (6,400m). Flexible days for weather conditions.
Descend to Shigar after successful summit attempt. Overnight in local guesthouse or camping.
Return to Skardu. Free evening to relax or explore the town. Overnight stay in hotel.
